Nice Diana.

It is always a relaxing experience to get out of town and go somewhere different, and a day trip to Charleston, SC Saturday was no exception!! Even a cute runner noticed Kristen's mini Diana hanging from her neck!!

It was a great time, we had fantastic food (obviously!) and we had more then a few laughs!! I took my camera with me, but when I turned it on and noticed the battery was low I grabbed my moms. With my luck they both ended up dying so I decided I would just pose for them instead. But for the time being, here's the ones I managed to take!

This is a major TFM. (total frat move) You can see his knees AND he is wearing a polo and sperrys :)

Just fixing my Band-aid.

On this day trip I learned a few things.
         1) Charleston is becoming a major college town. College people every wear. And a lot of hot guys in khakis and polos!!! Charleston is also TFM.
        2) I could not live in Charleston. Love it to death, but tourist annoy me. Please lady with fanny pack and map find a designated area to find out where you are located if you are lost, not in the middle of the sidewalk. geez.
        3) I still know the words to every hit Usher had during the "Confessions" era and I can rap them stupendously.

Something Blue

In my last post I had said that I started reading the book after Something Borrowed, as you can tell in the title that the books title is Something Blue. Two best Friends,Rachel and Darcy, are planning Darcys wedding to the oh so dreamy Dex. Something Borrowed is about the planning all from Rachel's point of view, and Something Blue picks up where Something Borrowed stops but it is in Darcy's point of view. I liked the first book and loved, no ADORDED the second book! I couldn't put it down! I read it in a day and a half, I'm thinking I might even purchase my own copy. (I borrowed from a friend!) So if you want a good book, but a simple read. These books are fantastic!
I am now reading One Day by David Nicholls. Ever read it?
If so let me know if you enjoyed it! :)

Oh Lifetime and Your Movies....

As I was watching Regis and Kelly yesterday morning, Hayden Panitteire was on their talking about her new tv movie. "Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy". Now I am not one for Lifetime movies.... I watched the Natalie Halloway movie they made the one about the pregnancy pack but I remember hearing something about this story in 2007 and was not surprised at all that Lifetime would jump on the chance to make a movie.
In case you have not heard of Amanda Knox, she is from Seattle and when she is 21 went to study abroad in Italy. When she went she had no idea she would not be coming back for over 26 years. She was charged with killing her roommate and the prosecutor is now trying to get her life in prison.
Okay well I am watching this lifetime movie as I type (just because I think Hayden Panitteire is fabulous) and I am not one on scary. freaky, thriller movies. I will let you know what I think as soon as the movie is over.
Okay so I promise I did not want this to be all depressing but I find it interesting how young people just throw their life away, stupid people annoy me.
Okay so on a better note this weather??? Ohmygosh it is fantasticcc!!! I hope it stays this way because it is spoiling me! And my weekend was great because I could wear capris and not freeze to death!
I also just finished a book yesterday that I think was a pretty good read. Something Borrowed by Emily Giffin was nothing like I expected. Not in a bad way, but its good and a movie is coming out in May soooo that made me want to read it more!!! I just started the second book, keep you posted on that also.

So how was your weekend? Did the weather make it better? And any good books read or movies seen lately?? I am a sucker for a good book :)

Enoy your Tuesday!

These are my Obsessions (Vol. 1)

Okay okay so I may have taken Usher's song "These Are My Confessions (Part 1)" and tweaked it a little for my title. Oh well, at least I can credit myself a few creative points. So the reason for this post is to let you all know what my obsessions for the past week have been. As you all know, when I like something, I LOVE it and become slightly obsessed with it. Is that weird? Didn't think so. Okay here we go.
-Express finish nail polish. Seriously nobody has time to sit and wait for dry nails. ESPECIALLY me.
-My workout playlist I just created. Do I hear a Grammy nomination for best workout playlist of the decade? cue the applause.
-Lady Gaga's new song. This girl is brilliant. I mean she knows her stuff. I read the bio (Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga) and watched numerous interviews. She truly loves her fans and to say she writes ALL of her songs and decides her outfits and meaning behind them, I admire her. Artist are getting sloppy nowadays and she reminds us that their is still hope for REAL artist. Anyway anybody's song who is itunes #1 the day before its released. impressive.
-Nude Lip Stick. Thank you Gaga for creating the perfect color.
-JUSTIN BIEBER!!!!!!! ahhhhh I have the fever, the Biebs is fantastic. another true artist! and he is another true artist. I am defiantly a Belieber.
-Scott Myrick. My friend who I have danced with and competed against at nationals is FAMOUS!!!!! He is currently on tour with Katy Perry. They are in Portugal. And he put some pictures on his facebook. One was of a HUGE peacock. No lie, I wanna go to Portugal now. Plus he a cutie :) yay Scott!
-Glee does the Justin Bieber Experiance. Justin Bieber + Glee+ Sam Evans =EEEEEEEPPPPP!!!!

Alrighty so that concludes my list.... for now. And I will leave you with the brilliant words of Lady Gaga :
"Don't be a drag, just be a Queen."
